Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fast Ambulance App

1. Free Cancellation Window
Users may cancel their booking within 5 minutes of confirmation at no charge.
2. Cancellation After 5 Minutes
If cancellation occurs after 5 minutes and at the time of arrival of ambulance at destination, a
will apply based on the service rate till 30km.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Bookings
- If a user books a ride on Cash on Delivery and cancels after 5 minutes, the
will be recorded against their account.
- The user will be required to settle the pending cancellation fee before booking their next ride.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Non‑Service Occurrence: If an ambulance does not arrive or service is not provided due to operational reasons.
- Canceled Booking within Window Period: Full refund if canceled within 5 minutes.
- Discounted Bookings: Refunds apply even on discounted bookings if service was not delivered.
- Advance Payments: Refunded after deducting applicable processing fees (clearly displayed at booking).
5. Refund Restrictions
- No Refundsonce an ambulance has been dispatched and service delivered, since emergency services are time‑critical.
- No Partial Refunds if the ambulance arrives but the user decides not to use the service.
- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, force majeure) if service is still delivered. .
6. Refund Process
- Refunds processed via the same payment method used for booking.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on payment channel.
7. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate location and contact details to avoid failed service delivery.
Avoid misuse of booking/cancellation features (e.g., prank bookings).
Initiate cancellation requests promptly within the allowed window.
